Gifted Education at Monday’s RCS School Board Meeting!

We need your support!

On Monday, November 21, six parents from our district will be speaking before the Board of Education about their experiences with meeting the needs of their gifted learners in RCS and nearby schools.  Some will share success stories and others will talk about a need for improvement.

We are asking friends and family of gifted children to come and show your support!  Join us 7:00 PM on Monday, November 21 in the Harrison Room of the Rochester School Administration Building, 501 West University Drive, Rochester, Michigan.  If you wish to speak with members of the Board of Education, two of them are normally available for ‘Chat With the Board’ at 6:30 PM.  I’ve also included on this email our two new Board members, Pat Piskulich and Jane Pierobon, and hope that they will take the time Monday to listen to your input on our schools.

I hope that you will join us!  Bring your children so the Board and administration can see whose future is in their hands!  Please take the time to invite two friends whose children will benefit from education at their pace and ability level.

Let’s raise the roof with support for gifted education!
