Renaissance Homeschool Group*
*Renaissance Homeschool Group is a non-profit organization, led by a
volunteer board. RHG offers innovative educational programs to expand learning and social opportunities for homeschooled students in an environment that is positive, cooperative, and mutually supportive.
Are you looking for high quality, innovative classes for your
children taught by skilled and enthusiastic teachers?
Is your child eager to learn and does he/she enjoy doing so with
other eager learners?
Would you like to be part of a homeschool group with a happy,
positive atmosphere, where all people are respected, and high behavioral
and academic standards are a core focus?
Would you like to get to know other wonderful homeschooling
families, and join both religious and secular families to happily work
together to create great programs for our kids?
If so, then we might be just the group you’ve been looking for!
Just 18 days ago… phew! J…a few moms got together to discuss what could
be done to keep a great group of families together, bring even more
terrific families into our midst, and to be able to continue a positive
relationship with Oxford Virtual Academy (OVA). With many ideas and input,
it was quickly realized that something truly unique and wonderful could be
developed, and Renaissance Homeschool Group (RHG) was born. We have many
innovative classes scheduled for this fall and beyond, including some that
will be offered through an exciting partnership with Michigan State
University!
RHG will meet on Wednesdays, at St. John Lutheran Church, 23225 Gill Road,
Farmington, MI 48335.
Our first day of classes will be on September 11, 2013 and our fall
semester will be 14 weeks long.
Registration forms will soon be available, and may be emailed back to RHG
at any time through July 18th. Final registration and an information
meeting will be at St. John Lutheran Church on July 18th at 5:00 pm.
