If no RSVP’s are obtained for an event, or for some other reason an event must be cancelled, a cancellation email will be sent for the event at least 24 hours prior to the event time. A phone number will be provided for each event. If it is difficult to find the group at an event (due to a crowded/busy location, for example), please call or text the leader at the phone number provided so that she may help guide you to the group. Is this the calendar for 2013? I noticed it says 2011. Can you please clarify?
Sorry about that! We are supposed to include the year in meet-up announcements and I see I have forgotten. All events are scheduled for 2013. I will correct now.
